� Gas pressure check to ensure the boiler is operating at the correct gas pressure.

�  A flue test to ensure there are no unsafe emissions from your boiler.

�  Inspect your boiler and controls to make sure they are operating safely.

�  Leave a checklist with you with information about boiler safety.

�  Visually inspect the boiler to check for corrosion and leaks.

We believe that Preventative Maintenance should be part of a Modern Boiler Service.

 We include these further checks:-

� Re-pressurise Expansion vessel if needed.

� Inspect / Reset Electrodes.

� Check Burner Gaskets.

� Check Burner Insulation Panels.

Our engineers carry a large array of boiler spares in their vehicles so if a repair is necessary we hope to complete it in one visit.
